Gulfport MS

I arrived at the Gulfport, Ms location at 5:10pm. I waited and was told at 6:40 they couldn't start taking my order because it wouldn't be made before closing at 7pm. I was also told that they do not take drop off orders at the same moment they were helping another customer whose glasses would also not be made that day. The 2 employees did not want to stay past 7pm is the only reason they wouldn't start my order. The employee was very rude when i explained i drove almost an hour there and had been waiting an hour and a half and i was told "we open at 9 am and you can talk to my manager then she will be here." There was 4 people that were still waiting to be helped at 6:40 that they refused to help. This is extremely poor customer service and the employees should not have a public service job if they do not want to serve the public.

Awesome my kids loved it there. They were helpful in picking out some glasses that look good on them and such fast service.

Friendly staff, says an hour at most and it was like 20 minutes which was great. I’ve had no issues ever from them

My elderly mom came in to get glasses and they picked ones that didn’t really fit her correctly and they fell off her face when they put glass in them instead of the display that is plastic. The clerk was extremely rude and the general manager did take care of it, but was not very friendly and actually who put her in the wrong glasses to start. The customer service is very bad. I don’t recommend this place.

Great experience, they took time to show me my options. Wait time for glasses was short. Same day service. Our glasses took less than an hour.
