Need some glasses so I went gave them my prescription got me some of the cheap. Twenty dollar frames because I wear my contact mostly. Got two of them for the price of one which was 70 dollars.

I recently purchased glasses with Elizabeth's help, and the experience was great. However, when I came in today to pick them up, it was a completely different situation. I understand that purchasing glasses is a process, but picking them up shouldn't be. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, but I noticed three ladies assisting other customers. I approached the main desk to wait. After about five minutes, while the ladies hurried around, none of them acknowledged me at the front desk. Eventually, I approached an older lady with blonde hair and asked if she could help me, explaining that I was there just to pick up my glasses. She responded rudely while walking away from me, saying I would have to wait because there were others already waiting. She then shouted “Next!” to someone sitting in a chair by the eye doctor's office. I was taken aback, as I didn't realize I was cutting in line or that there was a wait. Nobody greeted me or guided customers on where to wait. This whole situation made me feel SO embarrassed, as it appeared I was acting entitled when I was simply unaware of the process. Ultimately, I left the store without my glasses and completely humiliated by her.

Were helpful and friendly. Fixed my wife's glasses for free while I replaced mine

She was very professional and made sure I didn’t miss out on any of the GREAT deals they were having! Everyone one was Amazing, went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted! Eyemart express employees are amazing, knowledgeable, and explained everything they were doing. Prices are also reasonable

Only had to wait a short time , write your name down wait a few , Gave Elizabeth my script she was on it supper friendly and nice, very patient and explained everything. Then they text you when there done. Got my glasses less then hour. SUPER excited to see my second pair.

I enjoyed friendly and knowledgeable service from the staff at Eyemart Express. They were also very helpful, and my completed eyeglasses were available for pickup in no time. Highly recommend!
