Rachel was very helpful in helping me select my glasses and explain how my insurance worked , I loved that she made me comfortable and relaxed and she was very patient with me! Horrible.... spent almost 1000 on glasses said they would be ready same day, that was a lie.... we ordered our glasses at 530 they told us to come back at 650 we did doors were locked and rudely pushed us away. Came back the next day everyone was in a bad mood and it took 45 min just to get glasses that were wrong 😕 not to mention that it took them an additional 3 hours to fix the glasses and they won't even stay on my face.... we have been coming for years and now they have hired sorry lazy people and force the public to deal with the rudeness and laziness. They are wasting time and money for customers..... if you need glasses go to the eyemart in Midland they are better and faster and nicer

Went in with my daughter’s eye prescription and they called my insurance and got me set up. I ordered 2 sets of glasses and they were done within 30 minutes. Very fast friendly service.
