I have a physical exam and I fail my vision test , so I ordered my glasses and that place will have ready in two weeks I have a call from my new job and I have 5 days to redo my vision test whit my new glasses my best friend recommend Eyemart express I make a call and they confirm I can have my glasses ready in ONE HOUR now I have my glasses and my appointment will be today so I’m ready to start my new job

Eyewear can get confusing, especially if you haven’t bought, nor are you, familiar with all the choices, you have today, in quality eyewear. Not only did they have a great selection of frames, lenses and applications.. The customer service I received was excellent and very informative.. I walked in with a prescription, and 52 minutes later, I had 2 pairs for the price of one! Exceptional service, great quality, and all in under an hour! Can’t get better than that! Thanks and I will be a returning customer in the future!

The Olathe Eye Mart Express I had the greatest customer service with their employee Kimberly, she was very professional, courtesy and funny. I would recommend this location and Kimberly to help them. Kim assisted me today, and she was fantastic! I always dread eyewear shopping, but she was so kind and helpful and made the process smooth. I had gone to several other retailers over the last 4 days and unpleasant experiences. It took us a while to find my insurance in the system (at no fault to her), but she didnt give up and finally got it located. Ill be telling all my 4 eyed friends to go see her!
