I had an ok experience. I came in a picked out my frames, and then was helped right away. I wasn’t aware at the time or offered the year long warranty on my glasses, which miffed me a little because I definitely would have bought it. Other than that my experience purchasing the glasses was relatively fast and smooth. When I went to pick up my glasses though I had to wait 45 minutes. There were 3-4 sales representatives in the store. One was helping out a customer, the other three were tearing the place apart look for a pair of glasses that had gotten lost for another customer. I would have thought that one of them could’ve stopped and helped out the waiting customers, instead of keeping me cooling my heels for so long.

This was my first time ever hearing of Eyemart and the lady I had was wonderful, nice, funny.She helped me find a new pair of glasses I was so nervous to get because the pair I lost were the only pair I’ve ever owned since I was 12 now I’m 19. I highly recommend her

Wonderful experience. They explain everything before placing the order. The last place tried 3 times to get my glasses correct and failed all 3 times. I wear bifocals and they still managed to get me my vision back on the first try.

This is the best place to get glasses! I went in having my glasses already picked out and to my surprise, they just started accepting my insurance! Anna is amazing. She patiently helped me and waited while I found my second pair. She explained my benefits thoroughly and the warranty details. One hour later when I picked up my glasses, she assured a perfect fit and she cleaned them before I left. This store has pleasant employees and I highly recommend them for their great service and selection of eyeglasses.
