I’m still waiting for glasses I purchased almost a month ago . But they said 7/14 business days then one employee told me first thing in the morning. While another employee told me another week after the 17day I already waited. I could have ordered glasses off line and they would have been delivered already. And then they don’t answer the phone most of them seem lost . But this will be my last time ever getting glasses from this place. My first experience was great but this time I will not return

Signed in and after waiting an hour to purchase new glasses I checked to see where I was on the list. Was told by Cindy-the manager she called my name 4 times. Which was a vicious lie as I was watching her like a hawk so as to complete my purchase. Eyemart needs to do much better when selecting their management staff. Cindy was a complete failure at best..not offering an apology or a solution. Customer lost.

You have to wait so long no matter what. I go in to get adjusted and I waited 1hour just to get adjusted. Crazy wait always

They need more staff. I waited for an hour before I had someone to attend to me. I was only there to pick up my glasses, yet they preferred to attend to those who were there to see the optometrist or those who were there to get new glasses.

Definitely recommend I got my glasses in 10 minutes even though they said 1hr I picked out 2 pairs and they tried finding me a discount so i could have both pairs

Nakee was great. My glasses were made in 19 minutes. They're great quality. Love it
