I don’t normally give ratings on things unless they’re really horrible or very amazing so that happens almost never. I have to on this one specifically because of the young lady that helped me with my glasses. She is the epitome of what good customer service and a fun job is all about. She went above and beyond for no reason other than just to enjoy her job in our conversation. I hope that the company will reflect back on my name and see her name attached to it and give her a nice bonus because she is what the culture of this company Should be, and if she were placed into a position of culture management, she could be the face for this company and skyrocket it into an amazing place to work and an amazing place to come and get let everybody that has glasses needs a new pair of glasses with ease, fun and reasonable price Hundred percent recommend, at least 100% recommend this employee in this site

I took my 88 yr old Mom for an eye exam and new pair of glasses. Everyone was very patient and helpful with the process. Thank you girls in Dr Perini’s office and Phil at Eye Mart. The glasses were ready in less than an hour. Mom walked out with her new glasses and a smile!!!

Phil was awesome at explaining and recommending what I need in glasses to go with my lifestyle. He assured me there is a 90 day return period and made sure I was very happy with my choice. Ive picked up my new glasses and so far they are what I was told to expect. I have migraines so Im concerned with the weight. We went with a light titanium frame and lightest tough lenses. I added a few extras for the glare, auto tint and scratch resistance. The cost was half that of Empire where I purchased glasses 5yrs ago. The refill on the glass cleaner is a plus... Thank you very much. Its so nice to be able to see without blurred edges all the time.
