I was very happy with my glasses but the service I wasn't happy with . Normally you would get your glasses the same day that why it's called eyemart express, but the lady that helped me said that the machine that makes the transitional lens was broken so I got my 2nd pair and went home this was friday March 7 th. But what has me confused is why she tell me it was going to be two weeks and how it was ready the same day .You see I just by chance called today and asked was my glasses ready she said yes when I picked them up I asked her how when did they get ready she said march the 7th I'm looking like how when you said the machine was broken then when I looked at my text messages it said order 1of 1 is ready when it should've said 2of 2 that's why I didn't know it was ready.

This was my first time here. They are true to their name. Eyemart EXPRESS. I got there for my appointment. The doctor was very thorough and hit me in and out. It was quite busy but the staff was very courteous and worked quickly to take care of customers. Without slacking on patience, courtesy and professionalism. I got two pair of glasses and they were both ready within an hour. This will definitely be my eye doctor going forward
