They’re always very helpful and professional! They have the best prices I’ve found in town for nice glasses! It’s also great that they are done the same day instead of having to wait two weeks!

I went in yesterday and Deja helped me pick out new glasses, when I went to pick them up the associate was less than helpful when I said they felt loose. She told me to wear them for awhile and then come back( I live an hour away). I came back today, thankfully Deja was working and she was more than willing to adjust them, and make sure I left with great fitting glasses! Thanks Deja!

Went to shop for new glasses in the morning during the weekdays and customer service was very unprofessional. I'm disappointed in their service because I have been a customer for several years and this experience was the worst. They did not put me first as a customer and switched me to 3 different staff members that day. What was suppoused to be a quick shopping experience for me turned out to be long as i kept getting pushed aside for the workers to tend to other people. I ended up with Rhonda, which is a lead, but she did not hear me out on what I wanted and she kept leaving the desk where I was supposed to be serviced. Ontop of this experience, the communication was very unclear and I wish i had a clear conversation with the staff member because this resulted in my information being put through and charged for something I did not want. I had to wait a few more minutes for a refund for a mistake that could have been avoided. I cannot stand staff members who are unclear and unprofessional in their demeanor and who choose to throw their customers aside. Also, for being a customer for several years, they all of a sudden told me I have 2 profiles with them. Not sure why, my information has not changed and they made an excuse saying that I have 2 profiles cause someone couldn't spell my name and I found that very disrespectful because this also resulted in me never getting a text for when my glasses were ready for pick up. What an unprofessional experience altogether. I am very displeased with their service and some of the staff there that are genuinely not wanting to be there.

They were very nice the woman that helped me was very polite and knew wat she was doing and they were really fast to get my glasses done and I love this place 11 out of 10
