Absolutely do not go here, they sold me poly lenses that had extremely high aberation in them and needed to switch me to cheaper grade of lenses, but there policy is no refund on down grade. Yet they have a one year refund on glasses if you’re not happy. Asked for the manager and told her the lens problem I was having and was told that it didn’t exist ? That those lenses didn’t do that , called me a liar and the doctor and there tech who made the glasses a liar that doesn’t exist. Yelled at me and other employees and refused a partial refund on price down grade so I opted for a complete refund and went elsewhere to get glasses. This is the rudest worst customer relations manager I’ve ever met . So instead of a $50 discount they had to refund the whole $460. And lost a customer for life. Not a smart move.

This was my second time using Eyemart. They have so many options. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got two pairs of glasses for about 60$ (with insurance). My eye doctor the cheapest I could have gotten was 300$ both pairs were done with in 30 minutes. I highly suggest eye mart express.

I went there to have glasses covered under warranty and spoke to the fellow with the man bun and he was very rude and would not help me with my situation in any way shape or form I even offered to pay extra for what I wanted but he still refused to help me with what I wanted I then told him do what you have to and I will take my business elsewhere and he was very happy with that. After getting home with the glasses he made for me I saw that they had a flaw so I had to go back again. I went online to Eyemart Express web site and I asked if there was another store that could help me with my situation since this store and the man I spoke to was not interested in keeping me or my business. (I've done business here for years) The next day a manager from that same store called me and told me there would be no issues or problems with doing what I was needing done and she couldn't understand what the problem was with the other fellow? I told her as long as I didn't have to deal with him, ever again, I wasn't concerned and when I went to see her she took care of what I asked them to do in the first place no questions asked no extra charges and I left there with a good pair of glasses, THANK YOU SARAH 😊
