I come here every year for my glasses. They always have good prices and are friendly. I always work with Kimayah and she’s amazing every year! Only downside is that it can be busy and wait time can be long depending on the day but over all they are pretty great.

I still confused about the price and what my insurance covers i was handed paper saying it covers in full bit they telling me where they put it in the computer comes to 250 insurance says they cover employee says it doesn't.

When to eyemart express for the first time got great service from Anel and excellent Glasses fit and the prescription was perfect. Wait time was not bad eather I recommend eyemart to others.

Solely leaving this review to highlight Daejahnae’s service! Purchased a pair of glasses on 02/26 & 03/06. I wasn’t sure if I came in on a bad day for the rest of the staff but she was the only team member that was NOT uninterested to help, monotone, and/or visibly unhappy. I definitely appreciated her positive, motivated attitude! This place is “First Come - First Serve” & does not have appointments for eyewear purchases so definitely plan ahead. Spent about 1 1/2 hours in my February visit & 3+ hours in my visit a few days ago. All it takes is good work ethic & a positive attitude to fix a not so great experience (at first). I would not got here if you have a high prescription. When ordering I thought I got the highest/thinnnest quality lens but it was not ordered for me. I already had to wait two weeks and now I have to pay the extra for thinner lens and wait for them to come in again. Guess that’s the disadvantage of going with a chain instead of the actual eye doctors office. The manager there was very helpful though.
