Last 10 yrs I thought I was getting a good deal on glasses (Sam's), WRONG!! After returning both pairs this year, which I've never done before even though I should have, I had the good fortune to meet Steven at the Longview location. Along with being courteous and personable, he is honest and knowledgeable (traits hard to find nowadays). Thank you Eyemart Express and thank you Steven for a pleasurable experience!

We received fast and friendly service from all of the staff here. They had my son's glasses done way faster than we expected and were able to answer any questions we had about insurance and prices. We've been customers here for many years and will continue to use them for all of our eye wear needs.

I went into EyeMart Express this month 3/2025. They are finally in network with VSP. That made me very happy. I walked in and was greated by Steven. I was so happy they had Betsy Johnson Frames. But what caught me off guard was that since I was a VSP card member I got a second pair of glasses FREE!! Yes FREE! They would be single vision glasses. Steven explained how my benefits were going to pay and that made me happy. I paid $257. That’s the cheapest I paid for glasses in a long time. Plus, my second pair of glasses FREE. I also got to pick them up the same day. I’m so glad I finally made myself go there! If you’re looking for glasses go to EYEMART EXPRESS and ask for Steven. He is very professional and been doing this for years.

The service was great, and I got my progressive lenses glasses made in 38 minutes. My glasses were accurate. This was my 2nd time to use Eyemart Express in Longview. Both times, everything was done very well.
