I asked for my glasses to be polished and they came back really rough and asked they redo. They came back again almost as bad and the manager at the desk asked if I had ever made glasses before. I replied that I have not and proceeded to show her the glasses I had on and she said we that is because that was made out a a more expensive polymer. She said plastic. Long story short…I will go to LENS CRAFTERS from now on because they know how to provide a quality product. Would never suggest eye works to anyone for any reason.

Jalicia was the individual who helped me with my glasses purchase. She was very helpful and had a lot of patience while I figured out which frames were best for me. She gave me input on what to choose based on the type of prescription I would have with progressive lenses. If you get the chance I would let her be the one helps you…you won’t be sorry.
