I’m a Truck driver if I lose or break a pair of glasses, I need someone who can replace them right then. I stopped in and not only was I on my way in 45 minutes but they were much more affordable then the Vision Works I went to previously. Customer service was fantastic. Thanks EyeMart Express

Very helpful staff not at all overbearing I had a really hard time picking out my glasses they gave me all the time I needed and we're very helpful when I needed. just love this place...Def my go to!!!!!!

Fantastic customer service & a great selection of eye glass frames. I live about 28 miles north of Spokane, so I can pick out the glasses I want, and the glasses are done in the same day. Plus, most often my glasses have been finished with in an hour, so I don’t have make an extra trip to Spokane to pick up my glasses. I’ve been going to Eye Mart since they opened in Spokane, and I’ve never been disappointed. Linda B

Very, friendly, helpful and they made my experience very enjoyable. I asked many questions and some twice just verifying I understood and they answered my questions very professionally and was so kind. I was able to laugh and have fun as I picked out the right pairs of glasses for me.

Justin helped me sort out my insurance, helped me pick out glasses, ånd answered all my questions. Great service! In fact, everyone was friendly. Glasses were done before the fulfilled time was up. Love my new glasses! Oh! And Justin adjusted my glasses 6 or 7 times and he didn't seem in least bit bothered by it. He just wanted to make sure I was happy😁

They have a good selection of eyeglasses. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the fact that you can have your glasses in an hour is a huge plus! The quality of their lenses are superb as well. We will definitely be returning customers!
