Couldn’t say enough positive things about this place. I called early in the morning to see if they accepted my Insurance. Jennifer was helpful from the very first interaction. She looked up my insurance information for me and I told her that I would be in later that day. We walked through the door and she said is this (my daughters name) And had multiple glasses picked out for her to try on while she was helping another customer. She was so helpful and considerate. She broke everything down for us and was very transparent on everything. She made the experience stress free and smooth! You can tell she really enjoys what she’s doing. I’m so glad that we ended up choosing them for my daughter’s first glasses. We will never go anywhere else. It was overall just an amazing experience from start to finish! Thanks again Jennifer!

Visited Eye Mart Express in Traverse City today for exam and possible glasses. Jennifer the Optician was so very good I ended up buying glasses even though I didn't need them. Fantastic service and knowledgeable! Always felt like she was looking out for me!!! Highest recommendation
