I'm editing this review after being contacted by Erica and going back to the same location for a frame adjustment. This third time I was finally able to get my new glasses adjusted properly. I'm frustrated it took so many trips but I appreciate the thoughtfulness in reaching out to apologize and get them fixed. Original Review: I just had a horrible experience at the Eyemart Express at 6001 Winter Haven Rd NW Ste K Albuquerque, 87120. I went in for a simple glasses adjustment and the associate helping me scratched my lenses while spending over 20 minutes trying to adjust them for me. The same associate, George, did the original adjustment when I purchased the new glasses two weeks ago but they kept leaving marks on my nose and felt lopsided. I don't think I'll ever use this location again since I can't seem to get a simple glasses adjustment. Perhaps it is a case of more training since George at one point was using the wrong tool to adjust the nose pad and another associate walking by at the time told him it was the wrong tool to use. The store did have a great selection of frames to choose from but I wouldn't count on getting them adjusted there.
