The website promised me next-day shipping, but I still haven’t received any shipping/tracking updates?

We use USPS as our shipping partner, and sometimes there is a delay with tracking updates within their system. So even when a package has been picked up for shipping, you may not be notified immediately, but rest assured we’re working as fast as we can to get your order to you as soon as possible and will keep you in the loop on its progress.
